Our Process
The Popping Process
Poptime has four production lines that typically run 20 hours per day. Our methods offered are kettle popped and air popped!

At Poptime, we use technology to our advantage with state-of-the-art air popping technology, automatic feeders to our kettles, and automated seasoning drums for even flavor distribution!

We pop with a variety of oils and maintain a line of trained cooks to ensure all of our popcorn is popped to perfection, every time!

The R&D Process
Poptime has an R&D team that works with our seasoning houses to create custom blends and custom products for all of our customers.
​
We take our customers directives on popcorn type, cooking process, and flavor profile, and we will create custom tasting samples on our sample creation equipment.
​
We are able to maintain many restrictions and callouts even throught the R&D process, such as kosher, dairy free, gluten free, NonGMO, organic, etc!
